Reflections of YOU is a web-series hosted by Dr Lise Janelle one of Canada’s top transformational experts in the field of mind/body and spirit. Dr Lise uses her powerful leading-edge mind/body techniques to help people who feel they are spinning out of control and blaming others for it. Dr Lise shows her guests how to use the “mirror of others” approach to get back control, so they move ahead confidently and have fulfilling lives.

If you feel ready to free yourself and would like a one-on-one session with Dr Lise, we would love to have you as a guest on the show. In exchange, what we ask is to videotape your session and allow us to share it with others to help others that are watching HeartLivingTV and Youtube.

Filming will take place in person at our studio in Toronto.
